Thank you for choosing Cleanup & Antivirus. For the purposes of this Terms of Service (the "Terms") "Cleanup & Antivirus", "We" or "Us" means Supernova App Development LLC, Georgia, Tbilisi, Saburtalo district, Bakhtrioni street, No22, apartment 75.
You agree to be bound by these Terms by either: 1) using and/or accessing the Cleanup & Antivirus application (the "App"); 2) using and/or accessing our website located at https://cleanerav.supernovaappdevelopment.com/ (the "Website"), collectively referred to as the "Service", or otherwise electronically agreeing to be bound to these Terms.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our App or Website.
You are not permitted to use or access the Service if you are unable to enter into a legally binding agreement with Cleanup & Antivirus. You affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and possess the legal capacity, rights, and authority to agree to these Terms in their entirety. You also confirm your ability to fulfill all obligations and comply with the rules, conditions, and assurances stated herein. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age (or, if higher than 18, the age of majority in your country), we do not agree to provide the Service to you and you must cancel your account and stop using the Service.
Within the limits of applicable law, Cleanup & Antivirus reserves the right to review and change these Terms at any time. As long as you are using the Service, you are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. Continued use of the Service, including non-deletion of your Account after such changes are performed shall constitute your consent to them. The latest Terms will apply going forward and to any dispute or issue arising after the Terms have been updated.
Cleanup & Antivirus provides a set of tools to optimize your device and enhance security:
Junk File Cleaner: Identifies and removes unnecessary files, such as cached data and temporary files.
Large File Manager: Scans for large files on your device, allowing you to manage and delete them.
Duplicate Photo: Detects duplicate photos to help you organize your gallery.
Compress Photo: Compresses image files to reduce their size.
Deep Scan: Performs a thorough scan of your device to detect unnecessary files such as empty folders, screenshots, and old APK files.
Battery Analyzer: Provides insights into your device's battery health, including temperature and charge level.
Antivirus: Scans for potential threats like malware, viruses, and other malicious software.
Cleanup & Antivirus is free to use. The App does not require any subscription fees or payments and all features are available without charge.
To use certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account ("Account"). By creating an Account, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information during registration and keep your information updated to maintain its accuracy.
You are responsible for all activity associated with your Account, including any actions taken by others who access it, whether authorized or not. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account, email address, or password, please notify us immediately.
By using our Service, you agree not to:
- Use the Service to damage or cause risk to our business, reputation, employees, subscribers, facilities, or to any person;
- Rent, lease, loan, sell, resell, sublicense, distribute or otherwise transfer the Service without our prior written authorization;
- Remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service or features that enforce limitations on the use of the Service;
- Intentionally interfere with or damage operation of the Service, by any means, including uploading or otherwise disseminating on the Internet spam, viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code;
- Use the Service to compromise security of, or to obtain (or try to obtain) unauthorized access to any device or system in the Internet (such attempts include port scans);
- Use the Service with the direct or indirect purpose of inciting, aiding or abetting enforcement of copyright through means of any data collection and/or retention and/or any privacy violation;
- Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or criminal activities, including but not limited to spamming, hacking, identity theft, financial fraud, or distributing malicious content.
Cleanup & Antivirus may, from time to time, change the Service and any aspect or feature of the Service if considered necessary for security or legal reasons, to ensure the operability of the Service, to reflect advancements in technology or to enhance the features we are able to offer our customers. You hereby consent to automatic updates to the Service. Any such updates or upgrades will be considered part of the Service and will be governed by these Terms.
Cleanup & Antivirus alone shall own all right, title and interest, including all related intellectual property rights, in and to our technology, the content and the Service and any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations or other information provided by you or any other party relating to Cleanup & Antivirus. The company name, the company logo, and the product names associated with Cleanup & Antivirus are trademarks of Supernova App Development LLC or third parties, and no right or license is granted to use them. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Cleanup & Antivirus is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through Cleanup & Antivirus.
Cleanup & Antivirus grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, and time-limited license (the "License") to download, install, and use the App on a compatible device that you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
For commercial use of the Service please contact us at support@supernovaappdevelopment.com to discuss licensing options. Any unauthorized commercial use is prohibited and will be considered a violation of these Terms.
Third party content may appear within the Service or may be accessible via links. Any such activity, and any terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such activity, is solely between you and the applicable third-party. Cleanup & Antivirus and its licensors shall have no liability, obligation or responsibility for any such correspondence, purchase or promotion between you and any such third-party. We do not endorse any sites on the Internet that are linked through Cleanup & Antivirus (unless otherwise stated), and in no event shall Cleanup & Antivirus or its licensors be responsible for any content, products, or other materials on or available from such sites. We recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party content you interact with.
Your privacy is important to us. Cleanup & Antivirus will collect, use and transfer your personal information in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and can be found here.

Cleanup & Antivirus reserves the right to terminate, suspend or otherwise restrict your access to the Service with or without notice at any time for any reason. In addition, Cleanup & Antivirus reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Service or any portion hereof at any time with or without notice. Cleanup & Antivirus shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination, suspension, restriction, modification or discontinuance.
You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by completely uninstalling the App.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, (1) THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND (2) CLEANUP & ANTIVIRUS FOR ITSELF AND ITS LICENSORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLEANUP & ANTIVIRUS MAKES NO WARRANTIES THAT: (I) THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (II) THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (IV) THE QUALITY OF ANY SERVICES OR INFORMATION OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; OR (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED. IN ADDITION, CLEANUP & ANTIVIRUS MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY ABOUT ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL CLEANUP & ANTIVIRUS OR ITS AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, RELIANCE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY UNSUCCESSFUL COURT ACTION OR LEGAL DISPUTE, LOST BUSINESS, LOST REVENUES, OR LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY OR NON-PECUNIARY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THAT RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF OR YOUR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, OR ANY OTHER INTERACTIONS WITH CLEANUP & ANTIVIRUS.
SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS IN YOUR JURISDICTION, YOU WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS CLEANUP & ANTIVIRUS AND ITS AFFILIATES (AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS) HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR BREACH OF THESE TERMS, OR YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY LAW OR REGULATION, OR OF THE RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY, IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.
This Agreement (including the items incorporated by reference and modifications that may be made from time to time by Cleanup & Antivirus), constitute the entire agreement between Cleanup & Antivirus and you regarding the Services, and supersedes all prior agreements between you and Cleanup & Antivirus regarding the subject matters hereof. Any references that are singular or plural and any references that are masculine, feminine, or neutral in gender, are meant to be used interchangeably as the context of the sentence might imply.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be limited or eliminated from this Agreement to the minimum extent necessary and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia and international copyright laws and treaties, without considering conflict of law principles. Any disputes related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Georgia.
Supernova - Cleanup & Antivirus requires the following permissions for the operation of core features:
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE – Necessary for the proper functioning of Junk File Cleaner, Large File Management, Duplicate Photo Finder, Photo Compression, Deep Scan, and Antivirus Protection.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE – Required to maintain essential background operations, allowing real-time security scans, storage analysis, and battery health monitoring while ensuring a seamless user experience.
User Control: All deletions are executed only after the user manually confirms them, ensuring complete control over the process.
Privacy Note: Supernova – Cleanup & Antivirus processes all storage data locally on your device. No personal data, files, or sensitive information is collected, stored, or shared without your explicit consent.
